If you are a Realtor please register your client(s) below and contact us to discuss our new construction, lease purchase, and rental homes.

 

You can earn a commission in several ways:

 

1. Commission of 3% on outright purchases if you bring a buyer to us. 

2. Commission of 3% on our lease purchase homes. Earn a portion upon move-in and the remainder when your client successfully purchases within the first two years of the program.

3. Commission of $500 for referring a rental customer who moves in with a minimum twelve month lease.

 

In every case, we require the Realtor to initiate the introduction and registration prior to any communication with the buyer in order to qualify for a commission.  View our Available New Builds, Lease Purchase Homes, and Rentals. 

 

Call our office M-F, 9am-5pm at 614-972-7799 if you have any questions.  Once you submit your client(s) names we will register them with you so you get credit if they move forward with a home.  We will call you to go over your clients' specific needs once we receive your registration form below.  We will talk directly to your clients, answer their questions, show them our available properties and handle the process.
