Thanks to Cultivate CDC and Modcon Living for organizing and executing a wonderful community day assisting homeowners with home repairs in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood! For more information on these great non-profit organizations, please visit their websites above.
We are proud to have staff members who care about our community! This week they lent a hand at the Homes For Families “Holiday Store”, handpicking toys for local families in need.
As we reflect and count our blessings this year, our staff members were happy to contribute these items to the Gladden Community House to be distributed to local families in need for Thanksgiving.
We had a nice turnout for our neighborhood clean-up event last Friday! Big thanks to everyone who joined the effort which removed more than a dozen large trash bags of litter and debris from our neighborhood streets! Shout out to Trent Smith & the Franklinton Board of Trade, Land-Grant Brewing Company, and The Original Josie's Pizza for supporting the effort!
The staff at New City Homes spent a volunteer day working on a new home being built by Habitat for Humanity Central Ohio in the Columbus neighborhood of Linden. It was a pleasure keeping our skills sharp while working side-by-side with the future homeowner, Mohamad!

Thanksgiving Food Drive – November 2020
This year we were once again able to be a part of the Homeless Families Foundation’s Thanksgiving food drive! The pandemic has increased the number of youth and families living in poverty in our community and the Homeless Families Foundation has continued to provide essential services during this difficult time.
Full Throttle Open – September 2020
It was a beautiful day at Heritage Golf Club for the Full Throttle Open charity golf outing benefiting A Kid Again – Central Ohio. A Kid Again works tireless to bring smiles to the faces of children who really need it, and we are proud to support them.

Habitat for Humanity Mid-Ohio - November 2019
New City Homes was proud to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity Mid-Ohio in November of 2019. Our team worked on a couple new construction homes with tasks including power sanding the floor, laying down flooring in bedrooms and the basement, and working on siding for the family’s shed. Habitat for Humanity is a wonderful association and we were grateful for the opportunity to assist an organization so committed to helping the community!
