Thank you for learning more about New City Homes and the homes we currently have available.  We understand that our programs provide multiple options and hope that you find one that is right for you.

We are very flexible on credit.  Our main requirement is your ability to afford the monthly payment and like to see positive rental history when applicable.  We can work with credit issues especially if they are older than 18 months.  We do pay attention to any collections or missed payments over the past 12-18 months and like to see on time payments during this time period.  Please call our office and speak to an associate if you wish to review your specific situation as exceptions can be made. 

 

While you are in our lease purchase program, it is important to improve your credit so you can qualify for a home loan with a good interest rate.
